This page explains how the Indy Moving quote request service uses the information you choose to submit. Updated September 16, 2026.
Information in a quote request
The form asks for your move’s origin and destination ZIP codes, timing, home size, services, selected moving companies, name, email, phone number and contact preference. You may add optional notes. Please do not include payment information or other sensitive personal details in the notes.
How your request is used
Your request is stored in Indy Moving’s WordPress form system and a notification is sent to the site’s designated quote coordinator. The team uses your details to review your request, contact you and coordinate next steps with the movers you select. Relevant move and contact details may be shared with those selected companies for that purpose. Each moving company is responsible for its own services and privacy practices.
Website services
Our hosting, form, email delivery, analytics and spam-prevention services may process technical information needed to operate and protect the website, including browser details, IP addresses and page requests. The website may use cookies for its functionality and security. Links to mover websites and Google take you to services with their own privacy policies.
Questions about your information
To ask about a submitted request, request a correction or ask for deletion, email andrew@borrinkconsulting.com. Include enough information to identify your request. If your details have already been shared with a moving company you selected, you may also need to contact that company directly.
